That may be true of many, but the trifec.com webmaster has a life!  This is Jonathan (Jono) in his day job.  He is a BBC News cameraman and programme producer for BBC East Midlands Today.  Currently he is filming with the Air Ambulance Service for a series of programmes showing their responses to emergencies.
In that small space sits a pilot, a doctor, a paramedic, a patient stretcher and him.  When the programmes go live, I am sure he will be willing to give anyone who asks the times and dates of the episodes.  As he is behind the camera he is spared the embarrassment of you seeing him in his “orange babygrow”, but he is proud of his helmet which he says is bigger than any of yours!

Hopefully none of you will be in the position of needing to call on the excellent service provided by the Air Ambulance.
