Riding Lessons Teaching and Parties
Want to learn to ride? Want to improve your skills?
At Triley Fields Equestrian Centre we have 30 school horses for people to have riding lessons. They range in heights from 10hh to 16.2hh and are of suitable ability for all levels and sizes of riders.
An assessment lesson is required for each new pupil to assess their ability and level of confidence. This is to select a suitable lesson for a rider to join.
Triley Fields Equestrian Centre caters for all levels of ability, and all ages. A rigorous profiling is carried out with all new novice students to ensure the correct matching of ability, to mount.
All our Instructors are qualified to the minimum level of BHSAI with specialist instructors for dressage, show jumping and cross country / eventer training. All riding lessons are aimed to educate riders as well as being fun and safe.
Throughout school holidays we have fun days where pupils get the opportunity to have a go at ‘in house’ competitions, this is extremely popular. We also have the opportunity for children to learn how to look after a pony in or ‘Own a pony for the day’ days.

I’m a little confused with regards the minimum age requirement for children.
You state above that it can be any age, but when i called last year i was told it was 4 years.
Can you please clairfy which it is?
Usually about 8
Children can be any age if on a lead rein.
